Job Description The Yard Helper Associate is responsible for supporting daily yard operations by maintaining yard organization, assisting with the movement and storage of materials, preparing products for delivery or pickup, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety throughout the yard and storage areas. Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment using appropriate tools and equipment. Perform routine yard checks as required. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist with snow removal, sweeping, waste disposal, and general yard maintenance. Support warehouse and operations teams with various tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma Must be able to physically complete required tasks – may include lifting up to 50lbs, bending, stopping, walking or lifting throughout the shift. Experience with heavy equipment operations is an asset Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or logistics environment is considered an asset. Experience using hand tools (drills, sanders etc) CSA safety boots Language – English is required / Bilingual (French Speaking) is an asset Positive Attitude and willingness to learn Must be reliable Must be safety conscious. Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma and the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual labor throughout the shift. Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or manufacturing environment and the ability to operate heavy equipment are considered assets.
