General Responsibilities Receives direct deliveries, stocks and merchandises products Assists the Manager supervising, directing, motivating and training staff; in performing administrative duties; and in replacing the Manager during his/her absences Receives, prices, stocks, rotates and merchandises products Orders a full range of products and assists in taking inventory Implements and ensures adherence to Customer Service Policy Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures and government regulations concerning health & safety, sanitation, security, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager Support with overall store operations including store opening and closing General Qualifications Customer service driven Able to stock merchandise and create displays Minimum 2 years’ meat cutting/supervisory experience Good product knowledge and attention to detail Able to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds Retail experience considered an asset. Assist the Meat Manager in supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring products are stocked and merchandised according to standards. Oversee adherence to company policies and government regulations regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of meat cutting and supervisory experience with a strong focus on customer service. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
