🔧 Hiring: MRO Parts Planner 📍 Location: Rexdale, ON 📅 Contract: 6 Months We’re looking for a detail-oriented MRO Parts Planner to manage maintenance inventory, ensure critical spare-part availability, and support production reliability while optimizing costs. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage MRO inventory, stock levels, and reorder points. Forecast spare-parts requirements based on maintenance schedules and usage. Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and suppliers. Support planned/ reactive work orders and preventive maintenance. Maintain equipment BOMs and accurate CMMS/ERP inventory records. Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and inventory accuracy. Conduct cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives. Must-Have: 1–3 years of MRO inventory, maintenance planning, or supply chain experience. Experience with CMMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle. Strong understanding of MRO inventory and spare-parts management. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required; a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
