Position Details: Job title: Customer Success Associate/Customer Success Lead/Customer Success Manager Location: Toronto ON Duration: 6+ Months (Ext. on work performance basis) Job Descriptions: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions. Support customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet business objectives. Maintain accurate account, financial, and customer records. Apply knowledge of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping to support customer and account-related activities. Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for improvement or additional support. Participate in structured training, coaching, mentoring, and hands-on learning through the CSADP. Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset. Required Qualifications 2–5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer Success / Client Success Account Management / Client Services Financial Services Accounting / Bookkeeping Demonstrated experience managing client or customer accounts. Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a hands-on environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing financial services environment. Experience managing multiple client accounts or customer relationships. Experience with accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, or bookkeeping processes. Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting junior team members. Strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships. Requirements

Requires 2–5 years of experience in customer or client success, account management, financial services, accounting, or bookkeeping, along with experience managing customer accounts. Candidates should have strong finance and bookkeeping knowledge, communication and relationship-management skills, and the ability to analyze problems and learn quickly; customer-facing financial services experience and mentoring experience are preferred.
