We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior CPA Auditor Manager to join our diverse team. This client-facing role involves working with nonprofit organizations (NPOs) to ensure financial compliance, conduct audits, and provide strategic advice. Responsibilities: * Lead and conduct financial audits for NPOs and prepare detailed reports. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. * Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve financial issues. * Provide strategic advice to improve NPO financial processes. * Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. * Participate in special projects and professional development initiatives. Qualifications: * CPA designation required. * Senior-level audit experience, preferably with NPOs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong client management skills.
