Pan Pacific Whistler is looking for energetic Food & Beverage Attendants Full-time or Part-time to service the hotel's Breakfast and Banquet operations. Apply now! Daily Breakfast Service Duties: * Act as Host, Server and Busser * Ensure that buffet is continually prepped, stocked and clean * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest requests are met * Maintain table and service; in particular coffee, tea & cream replenishing * Clear tables and reset tables for guests * Clean up work areas, including some dishwashing as required Banquet Duties (when required): * Set-up/ tear-down space for events held at either hotel properties, per established standards * Follow respective BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for each event * Deliver and serve food & beverage for events * Prepare and set up coffee & tea or beverage stations if required * Refresh set-up and ensure that space is tidy throughout the event * Ensure that event equipment and supplies are removed and stored properly after an event * Work in a safe manner; report any deficiencies or hazards to the Maintenance or Duty Manager * Personable, professional, mature individual with high grooming standards and exceptional service standards Requirements: * Excellent customer service skills * Personable, mature individual with high grooming standards * Reliable and willing to work early mornings * Previous Food & Beverage experience an asset * Driver's licence class 5 is required.
