About the Role We're excited to be hiring a full-time Dental Administrator at Dentist North York. Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full Time Position: Dental Administrator Location: North York, ON Clinic: Dentist North York Schedule: Days, Evenings, Weekends Wage range: $23-$30 hourly Your day will be dynamic, but your impact will be consistent: Be the first point of contact for patients in person, over the phone, and via email Create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient interaction Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule, including managing last-minute changes Support patient communication, referrals, and coordination with external offices Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options clearly and confidently Process patient and insurance billing while maintaining accurate records Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable as needed Maintain and update patient records within the clinic management system Support the clinical team to ensure efficient and seamless daily operations Who You Are You’re someone who is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating a great patient experience.
