About The Role We are looking for an exceptional relationship builder to lead consumer engagement across Canada's hospitality and entertainment landscape. You will connect venue relationships into a national community that strengthens brand visibility, advocacy and experiences for legal-age adult consumers. Impact You'll Own Build a national hospitality community through trusted partnerships. Create responsible experiences that strengthen brand visibility and equity. Expand a high-potential venue portfolio while maintaining compliance and execution standards. What You'll Do Build relationships with hospitality groups, venue owners, operators, frontline teams, promoters and industry partners. Lead the national engagement roadmap, annual calendar and venue portfolio strategy. Design programs that enhance hospitality occasions and legal-age consumer engagement. Lead agencies, vendors and field teams across training, deployment and live execution. Skills & Capabilities Must-haves Experience in brand engagement, experiential marketing, hospitality partnerships, events or consumer experience. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with venue owners, operators and external partners. Strong judgement, business acumen, negotiation and project leadership skills. Experience working within governance and approval processes in a regulated environment. A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience. Nice-to-haves Experience in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or live consumer experiences. Ability to move confidently between strategy and field execution.
