Manager, Process & Experience Delivery (P&ED) RBH, a Philip Morris International company, is seeking a Manager, P&ED to lead employee services, programs, governance, and partnerships across Canada. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across People & Culture processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing P&ED team. Oversee pensions, benefits, wellbeing, health & safety, and employee programs. Drive improvements across the employee lifecycle. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment, payroll, benefits, and health & safety regulations. Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, brokers, and administrators. Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Lead audits, reporting, governance activities, and budget management. Use employee feedback and data insights to improve programs and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, or People & Culture experience. Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing external vendors and service providers. Knowledge of Canadian payroll, pensions, benefits, employment compliance, and workplace health & safety preferred. Experience with process improvement, change management, and HR transformation initiatives. Bilingual English/French is an asset. Candidates should have team leadership, cross-functional initiative, vendor management, and stakeholder skills; knowledge of Canadian payroll, pensions, benefits, employment compliance, and workplace health and safety is preferred, while English/French bilingualism is an asset.
