Gérer un entrepôt, beaucoup de monde peut le faire. Gérer un entrepôt alimentaire sur trois quarts, avec la rotation des stocks, les dates de péremption, la salubrité et la santé sécurité qui se surveillent en même temps, ça c'est un autre métier. C'est exactement ce métier là qu'on cherche à combler à Laval, chez un transformateur alimentaire bien établi. Poste de directeur ou directrice d'entrepôt, relevant de la VP opérations. Des chefs d'équipe, des opérateurs, un budget, des KPI, et beaucoup de latitude pour améliorer ce qui doit l'être. Réception, entreposage, préparation, expédition. Vos KPI, votre budget, vos chefs d'équipe, vos opérateurs. Vous relevez directement de la VP opérations, donc quand vous proposez une amélioration, ça se décide vite. Ce n'est pas un poste de gardien de statu quo. Le client cherche quelqu'un qui va regarder les flux, trouver le gaspillage, et le régler.
