You'll own content from idea to execution-generating fresh concepts, writing copy, designing creative, producing short-form video, launching campaigns, and measuring what works. Working closely with Communications, Recruitment, Sales, and Leadership, you'll turn business priorities, industry topics, and great internal stories into content that connects with candidates and clients across North America. What You'll Do: - Create engaging content across multiple brands and formats-from LinkedIn posts, graphics, carousels, blogs, and mailers to reels and short-form video. - Own video content from concept through scripting, filming, editing, and publishing, including coaching colleagues and making people comfortable on camera. - Develop creative digital campaigns supporting recruitment, business development, events, and brand awareness. - Find the stories worth telling-working with colleagues to turn recruitment, business, and industry topics into compelling content. - Use AI and emerging creative tools to work smarter and enhance ideation, research, content development, and editing. - Track what works, experiment with new approaches and formats, and continually improve content and campaign performance. What We're Looking For: - A creative, curious, proactive person who is tuned into digital culture and understands what makes people stop, watch, click, or share. - A confident, social, self-directed personality who enjoys working with others, drawing out stories, and juggling multiple brands and priorities. - At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in digital media, social media, content creation, or digital marketing. - A strong writer and versatile content creator who can independently produce written, graphic, and video content. - Strong knowledge of social media-particularly LinkedIn and short-form video. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud/Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent. - Practical experience using AI and emerging creative tools in real marketing workflows. - A good visual eye and natural instinct for what makes an image work-from composition and framing to cropping, lighting, and simple enhancements for social media. - Excellent writing and editing skills. - Experience in recruitment, professional services, IT, or B2B is an asset. - A portfolio or examples of social, graphic, video, and/or campaign work demonstrating strong creative execution. Work Environment: - Based in downtown Toronto or Montreal, with a hybrid schedule of two days in office. - Occasional travel and on-location presence may be required for filming, events, and content capture.
