We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work Responsibilities Lead ongoing management of CRE's Service Partners globally in accordance with Banking Supplier Management & Governance Framework. Manage contract deliverables including timely reporting, KPI adherence validation, and periodic audits. Act as CRE Subject Matter Expert providing leadership and training to Regional Service Area Leads. Lead resolution of supplier-related audit or operational risk issues. Partner with CoEs and Regional Leads on Project Summit implementation. Assist with performance issues and escalations from CRE Service Lines. Must-have Skills At least 7 years of Corporate Real Estate experience. Knowledge of Supplier Management – Governance and risk assessments and/or Contract Management experience Articulating Good Data Skills – Financials and supplier analysis Communication skills Excellent project management skills Superior Relationship Management skills Superior Negotiation and Influencing decisions skills Proficiency in writing and reviewing contract Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen Nice-to-have Skills Previous exposure to regulations (OSFI, CCA and other legislative requirements) and Banking policies related to CREParalegal experience Experience in risk identification and mitigation Experience in the Financial Industry Looking for meaningful work? What you’ll do

Requirements
At least 7 years of Corporate Real Estate experience is required, along with supplier governance, risk assessment, or contract management experience. Candidates should have strong financial and data analysis, communication, project and relationship management, negotiation, contract review, and PowerPoint and Excel skills.
