By connecting systems and translating complex data into actionable operational insights, our client continues to drive technological innovation at scale. Role Overview We are seeking two versatile Full Stack Developers—one Intermediate and one Senior—to join a high-impact, collaborative tech team. In this role, you will design and build flexible, connected IoT software applications that power smart manufacturing. Currently, the technology balance is focused on backend engineering (~80% Backend / 20% Frontend), with an evolution toward a balanced 50/50 split over time. Main Responsibilities Design & Build: Independently design, code, test, and deploy cloud-native software solutions and IoT data integrations for structured and unstructured data. Architecture & Cloud Services: Identify and implement cloud services, microservices, and REST-based APIs adhering to best-practice design patterns and security standards. Agile & DevOps: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage code via source control (GitHub/Confluence), and champion contemporary DevOps principles. Collaboration & Solutioning: Partner with cross-functional teams, engagement leaders, front-end developers, and data scientists to translate user stories into robust business tools. Mentorship (Senior Level): Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and mentorship to junior and intermediate team members. Problem Solving & Maintenance: Proactively troubleshoot issues, rapidly fix bugs, optimize system performance, and establish long-term support tools and processes. Must-Haves Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React (or React-based frameworks), along with API Management and core web technology (HTML/CSS). Intermediate: 6+ years of relevant full-stack software development experience. Senior: 8+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated technical leadership capabilities. Cloud & Microservices: Hands-on experience building, migrating, or transforming legacy systems to public or private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) using RESTful microservices and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes). Databases: Strong hands-on work with relational and NoSQL databases. Broad Technology Scope: Proven exposure across cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, serverless environments, networking, and security/authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, Azure AD). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Nice-to-Haves Industry Background: Previous experience within Automotive or broader Manufacturing environments is strongly preferred (candidates strictly coming from Big Banking/Insurance environments may not offer the required hardware/IoT interface breath). Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with IoT messaging and event-driven protocols such as MQTT or Apache Kafka. Multi-Language Adaptability: Hands-on exposure to additional languages such as C#, Python, C++, or Java. Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Other Important Information Intermediate: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary Senior: $110,000 – $130,000 base salary Performance Bonus: 10% annual bonus target. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office). The team flexibly collaborates to choose in-office days together. Vacation & Time Off: 3 weeks paid vacation Dedicated "Summer Days" Extra holiday days over Christmas and New Year's Retirement Benefits: RSP contribution match up to 6%.
