Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior executives within a dynamic organization. This role will manage executive schedules, meetings, travel, communications, and select board and corporate administration activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the discretion and judgment required when handling confidential information. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior executives Coordinate board meetings, including materials, logistics, and attendee requirements Arrange business travel, on-site meetings, and related logistics Draft, proofread, and coordinate internal and external communications Facilitate the execution and distribution of corporate documents Anticipate executive needs and ensure priorities and commitments are effectively managed Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to support business activities Maintain professionalism and confidentiality across all executive and corporate matters Your strengths include: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience Excellent organizational, prioritization, and calendar management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and standard business applications Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools considered an asset Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States as required Ability to work full-time, in-office in Edmonton If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Tania Christensen.
