About the Role Retailogists is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize email marketing programs for our clients. The ideal candidate has at least two years of email marketing experience, strong knowledge of Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar platforms, and proven experience creating high-performing, conversion-focused email campaigns. Responsibilities Own email marketing performance and attributed revenue for assigned clients. Plan, build, test, schedule, and launch promotional, seasonal, product, newsletter, and lifecycle campaigns. Manage campaign calendars, deadlines, client requirements, and quality assurance. Build and optimize automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, loyalty, and product recommendation programs. Develop customer segments using purchase history, engagement, browsing behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage. Create personalized campaigns, maintain list hygiene, and support subscriber growth. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, account managers, and clients to produce responsive, brand-aligned email content. Support the creation of email layouts, graphics, calls to action, and reusable templates. Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content, creative, offers, send times, and audience segments. Monitor deliverability, troubleshoot campaign and automation issues, and recommend performance improvements. Track and report on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue per recipient, deliverability, and campaign- and flow-attributed revenue. Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
