Vice President US Financial Consulting Group – Based in Montreal & Toronto Richter Consulting, Inc. (“RCI”) is a member of the Richter Group, a full-service business advisory firm, founded in 1926. We work with US-based leverage lenders and private equity firms regarding their portfolio companies/investments. Position overview: Work within a multidisciplinary team of ~30 professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements (typically 6 weeks). Our deal teams of 3-4 professionals deliver consulting services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, etc.) experiencing challenges arising from over-leverage, liquidity problems, under-performance, macroeconomic events, or other business transitional/operating issues. Our clients’ portfolio companies typically include privately-owned small-medium sized businesses ($100MM-$500MM in revenue), which offers the opportunity to work along-side company executives and upper management to identify and recommend solutions to complex business issues. A variety of arrangements are available including a hybrid work schedule. What we are looking for: * Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; * Diligence and transaction advisory service an asset; * Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx or Power Query/Pivot a plus); * Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses; * Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment; * Ability to collaborate with client personnel and other professionals; * Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills; * A positive and energetic attitude; * Ability to work autonomously.
