Job Title: Software Developer CRM - Senior Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: $95 - $100/hr [CAD] Must Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365 Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing. Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET. .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc. Key Responsibilities: Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes: Developing detailed programming specifications; Writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations. Requires experience with Agile methodologies and Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design, including Dynamics interoperability with other Microsoft cloud technologies. Candidates should have low-code and custom Dynamics 365 development experience, familiarity with Customer Service Workspace and its routing features, and experience with Web APIs, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
