Lead operators and support staff while managing KPIs, training, and compliance with operational standards. Requires a high school diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of production systems, KPI tracking, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
