We’re looking for a Duty Manager support the centre management team in the day-to-day running of the centre, manage the daily performance and standards set by the team, ensuring adherence to company policies, and deliver financial targets and service standards as set by the business. In addition to being a Duty Manager, this position is part of our 12-month Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) program, where you will be taken on a learning journey covering everything from our ways of working, to stepping up into management. Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role… Participate in our 12-month Assistant Manager in Training (AMIT) Program, developing the skills and experience needed for future management opportunities. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Role model company values, behaviours, and ways of working. Create a positive, fun, and high-performing team culture. Provide regular feedback and support team member development. Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist in delivering centre financial and commercial targets. Support local marketing initiatives and sales-driving activities. Coach team members to achieve daily sales and performance goals. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and enhance guest spend. Assist with cash handling, banking, and stock control processes. Drive operational excellence across all areas of the centre. Manage day-to-day centre operations when acting as Manager on Duty. Complete and monitor key operational, health & safety, maintenance, and hygiene checks. Attend and contribute to management and team meetings. Inspire the team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Lead by example on the floor during key trading periods. Resolve customer concerns and deliver effective guest recovery solutions. Requirements

Candidates should have experience in retail, leisure, or a restaurant setting, a high school education or equivalent, valid Smart Serve (Ontario) certification, and a valid Food Handlers Certificate. They should be energetic, customer-focused communicators who can multitask under pressure, make confident decisions, organize and delegate shift tasks, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
