We are seeking a detail-oriented Law Clerk with 2+ years of experience to support a Legal Manager with legal documentation, research, corporate records, contracts, and day-to-day matter coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, real estate, or corporate law and be comfortable managing deadlines, legal files, and document systems. Responsibilities Prepare first drafts of routine contracts and legal documents using approved templates. Conduct legal and factual research and prepare concise summaries and supporting materials. Manage construction lien documentation, filing requirements, and related deadlines. Maintain corporate records, minute books, entity filings, insurance documentation, and contract management systems. Coordinate with external counsel, opposing parties, and internal stakeholders to collect documents and track action items. Maintain organized legal files, matter calendars, and key dates. Assist with litigation, arbitration, and adjudication materials. Support the Legal Manager with ongoing legal and administrative processes. Qualifications Law Clerk diploma or equivalent; ILCO membership or certification is an asset. 2+ years of law clerk experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or corporate law. Familiarity with construction lien and corporate filing processes. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with legal software, document management, and contract management systems. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines under the direction of a Legal Manager. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
