Edmonton, AB | $30–$40 per hour We’re looking for a Commercial Waterproofer to join our client's team in Edmonton. This role suits someone with hands-on waterproofing experience who takes pride in proper surface preparation, clean application, and watertight detailing. Responsibilities Install waterproofing systems on commercial foundations, below-grade walls, parkades, and other concrete structures. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, priming, and repairing minor defects before application. Apply sheet membranes, fluid-applied membranes, and protective coatings according to project specifications. Complete waterproofing details around joints, corners, transitions, and penetrations. Install protection boards and drainage components as required. Identify and report substrate issues, membrane damage, and installation deficiencies. Handle materials and equipment safely and maintain a clean work area. Qualifications Previous commercial waterproofing experience. Experience with sheet-applied or fluid-applied waterproofing systems. Strong attention to surface preparation, membrane continuity, and detailing. Ability to follow product instructions and project specifications. Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work. Reliable attendance and the ability to work well with a crew. Relevant safety training and certifications are an asset. Compensation $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
