This position works Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 12:00am What you'll do Operate manufacturing processes while following quality and safety procedures Work with the team to achieve production, delivery, and quality targets Perform routine equipment set-ups, calibrations, and qualifications Monitor equipment performance and process consistency Manage time and resources effectively to meet production goals Support teamwork across shifts and contribute to a positive work environment Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, or cost Assist with updates to work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation Participate in process development and continuous improvement initiatives What you need Required: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Required: Ability to work effectively in a team environment Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills Required: Professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to safety Required: Ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail Advantage: Experience in a manufacturing environment Advantage: Experience working in a clean room environment Advantage: Demonstrated leadership qualities What we offer Meaningful work supporting advanced MEMS and microfabrication technologies A collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment Opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects Exposure to specialized equipment and manufacturing processes Technical learning and professional development opportunities The stability and resources of a global technology organization What happens next Applications will be reviewed by the hiring team, followed by a recruiter discussion and interviews with key team members.
