About The Role As a Shuttle Bus Driver at TRAXX, you'll be a vital member of the team, ensuring safe and smooth transportation for passengers in the Fort Saskatchewan area. We are looking for individuals with a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for safe driving. Key Responsibilities Safely transport passengers according to the established route, adhering to all safety protocols Assist with loading and unloading passengers' luggage Address passenger inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Keep passengers informed of trip progress and advise of any delays Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, documenting any incidents or vehicle concerns Maintain the shuttle bus in a clean and presentable condition Complete and maintain trip logs Available to work a fixed schedule, including weekends and holidays Qualifications & Experience: Class 2 Commercial Driver's License (mandatory) Minimum of 1 year of shuttle bus/ school bus driving experience Proof of Clean Driver's Abstract Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience with shuttle bus or similar passenger transportation is preferred WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
