Lead production for the assigned game area, defining its scope, roadmap, schedule, deliverables, quality targets, strategies, and budget. Coordinate the team and outsourcing partners, manage risks and progress, and support recruitment, process improvement, and team members’ professional growth.

Team Lead Level Designer [Splinter Cell Remake]

The Team Lead Level Designer will guide and mentor the level design team while ensuring high-quality standards and on-time project delivery. They will balance creative vision with production constraints and act as a key liaison between the design team and project leadership.
