Program Manager — Data, AI & Analytics Portfolio Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid — 3 days onsite/week) Job Description Program Manager to join our team in Ottawa, Canada, leading enterprise Data, AI, Analytics, and Digital Innovation portfolios. Responsibilities Lead enterprise Data, AI, Analytics, and Digital Innovation portfolios Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for data modernization and AI adoption Oversee large-scale analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and GenAI programs Drive alignment among business stakeholders, data teams, technology leadership, and vendors Manage budgets, resources, program risks, and value realization Establish governance frameworks for data quality, AI ethics, security, and compliance Track adoption metrics and business outcomes of data and AI initiatives Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of technology leadership and program management experience 8+ years managing enterprise data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation programs Strong knowledge of modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric) Experience delivering AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, Data Lake, and BI programs Strong executive communication and portfolio governance skills Experience managing globally distributed teams and partner ecosystems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred) Nice to Have Experience with GenAI, Copilot, MLOps, and Data Governance programs Certifications in Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, PMP, or PgMP Life Sciences industry experience Travel: Up to 20%

Requirements
