What You'll Do As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping industrial operations running safely and efficiently. Who You Are ✔ Enjoy working with your hands and solving technical problems ✔ Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow your skills ✔ Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset ✔ Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment ✔ Detail-oriented with sound judgment and decision-making skills ✔ Committed to quality, safety, and delivering excellent service Qualifications Required * 2+ years of experience in industrial mechanics and/or hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Valid driver's license * Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications Assets * Technical or mechanical training * Knowledge of hydraulic schematics * Experience with industrial products, automation, hydraulics, or pneumatics Physical & Travel Requirements * Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable bending, crawling, working in confined or awkward positions, and walking on uneven surfaces * Own and be comfortable using standard hand tools required for the role * Ability to travel to customer sites asrequired, including interprovincial travel when necessary Additional Requirements * Successful completion of a background check * Acceptable driver's abstract Ready to Build Your Future?
