Materials Purchasing Coordinator – Windsor, ON We’re hiring a Materials Purchasing Coordinator to support purchasing and materials management within a food manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: Purchase ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies based on production needs. Manage purchase orders, supplier communication, pricing, and delivery timelines. Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts / plant inventory checks. Work with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays, and quality issues. Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Logistics teams. Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier information in the ERP system. Support cost savings, continuous improvement, and food safety initiatives. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, materials, or supply chain experience. Experience in food manufacturing or CPG is an asset. ERP and Microsoft Office experience. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
