Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK. Are you a strategic finance leader who excels at turning complex financial information into meaningful business decisions? Join our Finance team and lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), capital allocation, and decision support across FCL. We’re looking for someone who can bring together strong financial insight, business partnership, and people leadership to strengthen financial performance and support FCL and the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) in achieving their long-term priorities. What you’ll do: * Oversee FCL’s financial planning and analysis activities, including operating and capital budgets, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and working capital optimization. * Provide leadership and oversight for FCL’s capital allocation strategy, including financial analysis, modelling, prioritization and ongoing monitoring of major investments and capital projects including lookbacks. * Drive decision support for significant business initiatives, providing financial modelling and analysis that considers impacts to earnings, cash flow, patronage, and the balance sheet. * Guide Finance Business Partners who provide strategic financial advice, insights, and support to business leaders across FCL and local Co-ops. * Partner with Treasury and other Finance teams to support capital structure planning, financing requirements, patronage decisions, and the financial needs of major strategic initiatives. * Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Finance professionals while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and strong financial stewardship. Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will lead a team of Finance leaders and professionals across Financial Planning & Analysis, Decision Support, and Finance Business Partnering. Reporting to the AVP, Corporate Finance, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, business units, Treasury, Tax, local Co-ops, and other partners across FCL and the CRS to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience and hold a Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation. A bachelor's degree in commerce or business is also required.
