Title: Front Office Transformation Senior Analyst/Capital Markets Business Analyst Type: 12-month contract Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid - 4 day’s per week in office Compensation: $80-90/Hour Hours: 37.5 hours/week Start Date: ASAP IV Process: 2 rounds Must-Haves: Approximately 5+ years of relevant capital-markets experience, with meaningful Front Office exposure Strong understanding of Front Office investment processes, particularly portfolio management, trading/trade execution and investment workflows Strong understanding of the investment/trade lifecycle Ability to quickly investigate an unfamiliar workflow/process issue and determine its business impact Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills — able to bring together the appropriate business, technology and program stakeholders and help drive issues toward resolution Comfortable operating in a UAT/go-live environment with urgent issues and changing priorities Pluses: Buy-side experience within a pension fund, asset manager, investment manager or similar institutional investment organization Experience supporting UAT, implementation, go-live or investment-platform transformation Experience redesigning workflows/processes or developing manual workarounds when technology is not ready Experience with Aladdin, Charles River/CRD, Eagle PACE, Calypso, SimCorp or another comparable investment platform Aladdin experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory We may use AI-enabled and/or automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process, including application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. These tools are used to enhance consistency and efficiency. All hiring decisions involve human review and are not based solely on automated processing. Requirements

Requires approximately five or more years of relevant capital-markets experience, meaningful Front Office exposure, and a strong understanding of portfolio management, trading, investment workflows, and the investment lifecycle. Candidates should be effective problem-solvers and cross-functional coordinators who can handle urgent issues and changing priorities in UAT or go-live environments; buy-side and investment-platform experience are advantages.
