The Process Engineer/Scientist will support the fabrication of microelectronic devices on silicon and III-V materials by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. They will also lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodology and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or chemistry and possess at least one year of experience in microelectronic device fabrication. Proficiency in both English and French is required to operate effectively in the work environment.
