This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to bring together great people, quality early learning and strong operations to create a center where children thrive, families feel connected, and educators feel supported. What You’ll Lead: Own the day-to-day operations and overall success of the center. Lead, coach and develop a strong team of early childhood educators. Oversee staffing, scheduling, enrollment and center operations. Maintain high standards across licensing, child safety, health and compliance. Ensure classrooms deliver engaging, inclusive and developmentally appropriate programming. Build strong relationships with families and confidently manage tours, concerns and center communication. Support performance management, professional development and a positive team culture. Monitor center resources and budget while maintaining quality and operational efficiency. What You’ll Bring: 2–5+ years of experience in licensed childcare or early learning, including leadership or supervisory experience. Strong experience leading and coaching early childhood educators. Knowledge of childcare licensing, ratios, health and safety, and regulatory requirements. Confidence managing staffing, schedules, performance and day-to-day operational challenges. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development or a related field. Child Care First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe. Experience in childcare management, center leadership or administration is an asset. WHY FUELING BRAINS? Requirements

Requires 2–5+ years of licensed childcare or early learning experience, including leadership or supervisory experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field. Candidates should know childcare regulations, ratios, health and safety requirements, and have Child Care First Aid and CPR or be willing to obtain them within the required timeframe.
