We are continuously seeking talented individuals dedicated to bringing new ideas to an exciting and constantly evolving industry. We are looking for a dynamic, French-speaking team player to join the estimation team for the construction electrical division of our team in Montreal. Responsibilities: Analyze plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates. Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs. Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to obtain the best solutions. Prepare and present proposals/bids to clients. Support project managers with change orders. Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines. Qualifications: Fluency in French (oral and written) required. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical estimation in the commercial sector. Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and construction practices. Proficiency in estimation software and computer tools (Excel, ACCUBID, ACCEO, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with large-scale projects. Knowledge of project management systems.
