Benefits & Perks Compensation: $75K–$95K base salary Fully on-site in London, Ontario Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Two performance reviews per year, with opportunities for continued growth and development Responsibilities Prepare and file Canadian sales tax returns, including GST/HST, PST and QST, as well as U.S. sales tax returns. Review invoices and payments to ensure compliance with applicable sales tax requirements. Conduct technical sales tax research and interpret relevant legislation, regulations and administrative policies. Respond to sales tax questions from internal business partners and employees. Assist with CRA and other sales tax audits, including preparing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries. Monitor Canadian and U.S. sales tax legislative and administrative changes and communicate their potential impact on the organization. Ensure internal tax compliance processes and procedures are followed. Assist with month-end close and year-end audit processes related to indirect taxes. Work with the broader tax and finance teams on compliance, technical research and other tax-related matters. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant sales tax experience, including Canadian GST/HST. Knowledge of Canadian indirect tax compliance, including GST/HST and provincial sales taxes. Experience preparing sales tax returns and reviewing transactions for tax compliance. Exposure to sales tax audits and technical tax research. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Well-organized, proactive and able to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with detailed financial information. Requirements

Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and Excel skills are required; completion of the CPA In-Depth GST/HST course is an asset.
