The Industrial Engineer will lead strategic and operational initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes at the manufacturing plant. This includes capacity planning, equipment layout design, and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies. The role demands strong project management skills, collaboration across teams, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a dynamic aerospace environment. This role is 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams. - Conduct capacity analyses and align production capabilities with demand. - Lead capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate shop layout changes and equipment installations. - Develop strategic plans incorporating Industry 4.0 technologies. - Analyze production issues and recommend business-aligned solutions. AI: Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
