Core Responsibilities
Manage opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Generate new business through networking, referrals, events, and account development. Meet property owners, FM providers, estates teams, consultants, and contractors. Demonstrate AURMAK Pulse and explain Systems Integration capabilities. Develop and present commercial proposals with internal support. Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and account plan. The role does not require producing engineering reports, technical designs, calculations, or final system architecture.
Requirements
3–7 years of consultative technical B2B sales experience. Experience in BMS, EMS, HVAC, controls, M&E, solar, FM, energy services, IoT, industrial automation, or technical SaaS. Previous BMS/EMS sales experience is highly beneficial but not mandatory. Similar technical solution-sales experience is mandatory. Able to discuss building operations without presenting themselves as the design engineer. Existing relationships across property, FM, consultants, or contractors are desirable. Valid driving licence and willingness to undertake regular national and occasional international travel.
Success Measures
Qualified pipeline and new opportunities. Signed revenue and gross margin. Discovery-to-assessment conversion. Proposal-to-contract conversion. Forecast accuracy. Quality of opportunity qualification and technical handover.
Benefits
Opportunity to work from AURMAK's Dubai and London offices. Eligibility for a company car based on role and performance. Paid holidays as part of our long-term people policy. Annual company trip for team members as part of AURMAK's long-term culture and retention program.
