You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing client relationships within an assigned territory. Accountabilities

Prospect and identify new small business customers to expand market share and generate new revenue opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and present tailored value propositions that align logistics solutions with customer needs and business objectives. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service and problem resolution. Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs to enhance sales effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams and utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and track performance.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in a customer-facing or inside sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Full fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is considered an asset. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
