Job summary

As Director of Marketing and Admissions, and under the supervision of the Executive Direction, you are the voice of Collège LaSalle Montréal to local and international students. Your primary role will be to orchestrate standout events, impactful student fairs, and visual campaigns that bring the brand to life, both on the ground and on social media. As the guardian of the brand and of local and international engagement for the Montréal campus, you will collaborate with a network of 12 campuses across 5 continents to bring a shared vision to life, while adding your own creative touch to every initiative. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement Collège LaSalle Montréal's marketing strategy, in alignment with international guidelines from centralized marketing; Ensure the planning, coordination and execution of the College's marketing and admissions event calendar (recruitment campaigns, school visits, education fairs, open houses, webinars and activations); Build and manage the annual marketing and recruitment activity calendar, and prioritize events based on performance (costs, leads generated, conversion rate); Approve and guide the production of promotional content, videos, brochures, newsletters and social media, in close collaboration with the media team and the studio; Ensure brand consistency and strength (Montréal Campus) across all communication channels and materials, including the campus website content; Supervise and mentor the Montréal marketing team, working closely with the media team on the planning and adjustment of ongoing campaigns; Ensure close collaboration with the Admissions, Communications, IT and Academic departments to support enrollment objectives; Manage lead handling in the CRM (Dynamics 365) and conversion follow-up with admissions and the media team. REQUIREMENTS Hold a university degree in marketing, communication, management or a related field; Have between 7 and 10 years of marketing experience, including team management experience; Have a solid understanding of the higher education market; Have expertise in digital marketing, inbound marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM; Demonstrate leadership, team spirit and the ability to mobilize others; Possess excellent strategic planning and marketing execution skills; Show a sense of innovation and creativity in communication approaches; Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written; Have data analysis skills and the ability to make results-oriented decisions; Demonstrate rigour, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Have a strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams; Proficiency in French language (spoken and written); Professional proficiency in English language (spoken and written). This role involves frequent interactions with clients and internal and external partners on both a national and global scale. Therefore, professional proficiency in English is a requirement for this role.
