The instructor will lead student teams through a studio-style production pipeline, facilitating weekly sprint cycles and enforcing professional production standards. They are responsible for providing clear feedback, maintaining accurate grading, and mentoring students as they transition into professional industry roles. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent industry experience, along with at least 5 years of professional game development experience. A strong understanding of game production pipelines, Agile methodologies, and experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is required.
