Business Development Manager Are you a relationship-driven business development professional looking to make a real impact in a growing market? NES Fircroft is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our contract and managed solutions business across Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. In this role, you will develop and execute business development strategies, build strong client partnerships, and work closely with internal teams to identify, secure, and deliver new business opportunities across the energy sector and related industries. What You'll Be Doing • Identifying Client Leads: Research major projects and market activity to uncover new client opportunities and business prospects. • Building Relationships: Develop and strengthen relationships with prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with regional teams on sales presentations, bids, and tender submissions. • Driving Business Development Activity: Champion best practices in business development and support recruitment teams in generating high-quality leads and opportunities. • Leading Strategic Initiatives: Execute strategic growth plans, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to expand NES Fircroft’s presence and service offerings. • Supporting Market Expansion: Assist with business development activities in new territories and emerging markets as the business continues to grow. • Partnering with Recruitment Teams: Ensure a seamless transition from business development to successful service delivery and account management. • Networking with Contractors: Engage with NES Fircroft’s contractor network to generate referrals, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships within the market.
