As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team and working directly with employees and customers to provide an amazing purchasing experience. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Desk Manager in an automotive dealership. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team. Excellent deal-structuring ability and sound judgment.
