Principales responsabilités : - Superviser les opérations comptables et financières quotidiennes de l'entreprise. - Gérer l'ensemble du processus de clôture de fin de mois et préparer les états financiers mensuels. - Encadrer et guider l'équipe comptable. - Coordonner la vérification annuelle et agir à titre de point de contact principal auprès des vérificateurs externes. - Superviser le système de saisie des commandes et veiller à l'exactitude des données. - Assurer l'intégrité et l'exactitude des registres financiers et des rapports. - Préparer et déposer les versements aux autorités gouvernementales ainsi que les rapports fiscaux. - Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des procédures comptables et des processus administratifs. - Fournir un soutien financier et des analyses à la haute direction. Qualifications : - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité dans un environnement manufacturier. - Expérience antérieure à titre de contrôleur, de contrôleur adjoint ou de gestionnaire principal de la comptabilité. - Expérience avérée dans la direction ou la supervision d'une équipe comptable. - Solides connaissances des principes comptables, de l'information financière et des contrôles internes. - Maîtrise des systèmes comptables et de Microsoft Excel. - Solides compétences en organisation, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'un sens aigu du détail.
