The Income Assistant Coordinator manages social assistance applications, assesses client needs, and provides resources to empower community members. They also maintain accurate client records, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the employment team to develop community programs. Candidates must hold a Social Services Worker Diploma or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in the financial or social development field. Proficiency in MS Office, strong budgeting skills, and a valid BC Class 5 Driver's License are required.
