The Behavioral Consultant develops and oversees individualized behavior intervention plans for children aged 0-6 while providing coaching and guidance to interventionists. They also collaborate with families and community partners to ensure culturally informed, evidence-based support services. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in behavior intervention and a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and traditions are required.
