Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Social Work, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience working within First Nations communities. A deep understanding of traditional wellness practices, cultural protocols, and the ability to work in a trauma-informed, person-centered manner is essential.
