This role involves supervising operating staff, managing maintenance programs, and overseeing energy efficiency initiatives to ensure reliable utility services. Candidates must hold a valid 2nd Class Power Engineer’s Certificate of Qualification for Nova Scotia or an interprovincial equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial utility systems and strong leadership skills in a unionized environment are required.
