The Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety processes to ensure a healthy work environment in compliance with legislation and company standards. They will conduct audits, analyze safety data, and provide guidance to plant management to mitigate workplace risks and incidents. Candidates must possess a degree, diploma, or certification in an Occupational Health & Safety program along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A valid Advanced First Aid or Emergency Medical Technician certificate is also required for this role.
