We're looking for an onsite Service Coordinator in the construction and building services industry in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is an immediate temporary opportunity with the potential for longer-term employment for the right individual. Our client, Creative Door Services, is one of Western Canada's leading overhead door companies, servicing residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Due to growth, staffing transitions, and increased service demands, the Saskatoon branch is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support daily operations and help ensure exceptional customer service. The Service Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating service calls, supporting field technicians, managing work orders, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers. Service Coordinator Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Schedule and coordinate service and warranty calls with customers Dispatch technicians and communicate job details, updates, and scheduling changes Open, manage, and close service work orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate closely with technicians, warehouse personnel, and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery Process service documentation, invoices, and warranty-related paperwork Follow up with customers regarding completed work, purchase orders, and billing requirements Track work order progress and maintain accurate service records Review technician documentation for completeness and accuracy Assist in prioritizing service requests and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced environment Support branch operations and perform other administrative duties as required The Successful Candidate Has: 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or a similar operational role Experience working in construction, trades, overhead door, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other field service environments Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience working collaboratively with technicians, customers, and cross-functional teams A positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed High school diploma or equivalent Compensation and Benefits: Hourly rate of $24.00-$30.00+ per hour, depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Potential overtime opportunities Immediate start available Opportunity to gain experience with a well-established and growing organization Potential for long-term employment based on business needs and performance Additional Information: Full-time temporary position Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Fully onsite in Saskatoon, SK Reports directly to the General Manager Immediate hiring need Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
