Mentor the team, manage escalations, and ensure reliable technology experiences across all office and mill sites. Requires at least seven years of experience in end-user computing or modern workplace engineering with architect-level depth in the Microsoft endpoint stack. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications like MD-102 or ITIL Foundation.
