What you'll do Develop and optimize institutional client operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the platform’s overall strategic direction. Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics, adjusting operational strategies promptly to maintain a competitive edge. Drive the implementation of institutional client operational projects to ensure the achievement of project goals and outcomes Collaborate closely with the product team to propose product optimization recommendations and innovative solutions tailored for institutional clients. Track product implementation to ensure features meet institutional client needs, enhancing user experience and satisfaction. What you'll need Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in institutional client operations or related fields; familiarity with cryptocurrency trading processes is preferred. Professional Competence: Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to formulate and execute effective operational strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer service mindset, capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional clients. Why Bitget?
