Our public sector client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Clerk for a long-term assignment to handle phone-based service requests in English and French. We welcome applicants with experience in administration, reception, customer service, or call centre work. Key Responsibilities Answer and make calls about service issues in federal buildings, such as heating, leaks, elevators, and power outages. Gather information from callers and record service requests accurately. Direct requests to the appropriate team and provide clear updates to callers. Maintain records and follow established service procedures. Work rotating shifts that may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Professional-level spoken and written French and English. Experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a call centre. Clear communication skills and a helpful, professional manner on the phone. Strong attention to detail when documenting requests. Availability for rotating shifts at the Toronto location.
